Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Parents At Work was founded in 2007 by HR and Career Coaching Social Entrepreneur, Emma Walsh to support not only mums and dads but also their organisations to better manage the challenges of juggling work and family life.

Parents At Work has helped thousands of working Mums and Dads and their families navigate their career, parenting and wellbeing. Emma is a mum of three (twin boys now 11 and a her daughter now 7). She lives in Sydney, Australia and is an author, international speaker and advocate campaigner on improving parental leave and flexible work rights for working parents. She consultants to organisations on how to create family friendly workplaces.

Emma has been shortlisted for the Telstra Business Woman of the Year and has been recognised and awarded for her business achievements including:

* Australian Human Rights Business Award in 2015
* Top 200 Business of Tomorrow by Westpac in 2017
* Winner of the Visa Business Awards in 2013

Chief Services Officer

Kiri’s education in psychology and experience in HR has led her to this role supporting organisations and individuals from an array of sectors to work on strategies that optimise potential and talent. She is passionate about career engagement and bringing about societal change towards true family friendly workplace culture.

Client Services Manager

No stranger to fast paced, corporate environments, Diane brings her project and stakeholder management skills and an interest in workplace diversity to her role at Parents At Work. She’s the first point of contact for new clients and working parents and she ensures you will always feel welcome and supported in your membership with us.

Siobhan Cullen

Operations Manager
A master of multi-tasking and wearer of many hats, Siobhan is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Parents At Work office, team and events - our hub for all the activities related to Parents At Work, Mums At Work and Talented Women.

Marketing Manager

Nicki is passionate about living a connected life and supporting others on their journey towards wellbeing. With a background in copywriting, marketing and web design, Nicki is our special events connector, blog writer, content developer, digital marketing expert and all-round marketing guru.

An experienced career and leadership coach, Lisa has over 15 years’ experience leading and coaching individuals and teams through change often working in dynamic and fast paced environments across an array of sectors.

Sarah is specialises in Executive Coaching and Leadership Development with more than 20 years’ business experience across Europe and Australia. Sarah has worked across a number of private and public sector organisations in industries including: investment and retail banking, finance, insurance, telecommunications, professional services, media and government in both the UK and Australia.

With more than 20 years of experience working in Australia, Hong Kong and the UK in senior management and executive positions, Jen brings first-hand knowledge and understanding of what it takes to manage a corporate career whilst raising a family and what it takes to survive and thrive.

Emelie is studying a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) at the University of Sydney, majoring in Marketing and English. Emelie is working with the Parents At Work team as she enhances her natural marketing skills and gains practical experience within communications, marketing and social media.


Sally Brauer

Executive Coach

As an experienced coach, Sally has close to 20-years' experience in learning and leadership development having worked in large organisations in Sydney, London and is now based in Perth.  With qualifications in Positive Psychology, she is passionate about helping people take a holistic view to realise their potential and increase their well-being.

Based in the UK, Ruth is focused on enabling individuals and teams to fulfil their potential.  She helps people to understand themselves, manage their confidence and belief, and focus on their ambitions. Ruth understands what it's like to manage a busy career whilst raising a family!
