For over a decade, Parents At work has been proudly working in partnership with employers, policy makers and families to improve work-life balance and gender equality outcomes.

Our aim is to support people to thrive at work and at home and we’ve recently introduced an employer membership service to make it easier for organisations to create a work and family wellbeing strategy as well as implement effective policies and tools for people and leaders to embed a family friendly workplace culture.

Why Join? 

Parents At Work is a membership-based organisation. Becoming an Employer Member means you’ll join a network of global organisations committed to creating family friendly workplaces. 

Your organisation will be able to access advice from our policy experts, resources in our online employer hub and have the opportunity to collaborate with other members to share ideas as well as have a Parents At Work guest speaker join one of your company events.

You and your employees will also have the opportunity to join webinars and other Parents At Work member events. 

As a member of Parents At Work, your organisation is giving back. Your membership provides us with the opportunity to conduct and share important research with UNICEF and other advocacy partners. All of which helps contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals and reduce gender inequality.
