We bridge the work and home divide by embedding flexibility, wellbeing, parental transition and wider caring services to enable workplaces and their people to thrive.
Since 2007, we have provided over 150,000 families globally with vital family, career and wellbeing services delivered via our digital Work + Family Hub, Coaching & Training programs.
Our membership is made up of organisations committed to being an employer of choice for families. As a social enterprise, we partner with UNICEF and other human rights agencies to improve gender equality and work life wellbeing outcomes.

New Work + Family Standards provide employers with a benchmark of best practice guidelines that support employees meet their work, family and wellbeing needs, developed in partnership by Parents At Work and Unicef Australia. The Family Friendly Workplaces recognition framework certifies employers as a Family Inclusive Workplace™.
How to become a family-inclusive employer?

To support Australian employers understand how to become a more family-friendly workplace, we offer free webinars throughout the year. These online education sessions deepen employers’ understanding, knowledge and capability on how to be a family-inclusive employer.
The change that occurs when an employer improves its family-friendly capability impacts workplace culture, employee’s work-life wellbeing and the wider economy.
Our facilitators are experts in family-friendly policies and practices, and have trained thousands of Executives, HR/DEI practitioners and Business Leaders. They share their expertise and leading practice on flexibility, parental leave, family care and family wellbeing.

I had been back at work after having my first baby for seven months when I realised I needed some additional support and engaged Parents At Work for three coaching sessions. These were brilliant; my Coach provided a different perspective and challenged my existing thinking in how I approached my career, work, family and self.
We have received extremely strong feedback about the Parents at Lendlease program delivered by Parents at Work for both our female and male employees. The one on one coaching has been extremely successful offering our employees a personalised service to focus on their career and juggling the challenges of family and work.
I was given some great tools and guidance for getting over these "hurdles". I can't recommend this coaching program enough for new, or seasoned parents, or parents to be.
